We are a Colombian Boutique Hotel located in the coffee zone on the outskirts of the city of MANIZALES CALDAS, 10 minutes from the old BANKRUPTCY OF VELEZ TOLL, a place created for disconnection from the daily routine and connection with a natural environment, Attraversiamo is An Italian word that means let’s cross, we believe that the best things in life happen when you dare to cross to the other side of your fears, here you will cross rivers, trails, crops, waterfalls, mountains, the famous coffee trails and much more. Yes, breakfast is included in all cabins. <\/span><\/p>\n

For other meals we have a menu with a wide variety of which you can ask our staff for what you want to consume, this will have an additional cost.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Do you make returns?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

1. Bajo\u00a0NINGU\u0301N MOTIVO<\/strong>\u00a0se hara\u0301n devoluciones de dinero, de parciales ni totales pagados.
\n2. Cualquier reclamo o solicitud debe hacerse\u00a0VI\u0301A CORREO ELECTRO\u0301NICO<\/strong>\u00a0al siguiente correo: attraversiamobamboohouse@gmail.com. De lo contrario no se atendera\u0301 la solicitud.t<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

Is it possible to change the date of my reservation?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

1. Puedes modificar la fecha de tu reserva, SI avisas hasta con UNA SEMANA<\/strong>\u00a0de anterioridad, a la fecha inicial de tu reserva. La nueva fecha queda sujeta a la disponibilidad del hotel, y no aplicara\u0301 para fechas de temporada alta.<\/p>\n

2. Si deseas modificar la fecha de tu reserva, pero esta ya es en menos de una semana, lo podra\u0301s hacer pagando una multa del\u00a030%<\/strong>\u00a0sobre el valor total de la\u00a0reserva.<\/p>\n

3. Si realizas una modificacio\u0301n, debes respetar los di\u0301as de la semana para los que se reservo\u0301 inicialmente, o cancelar el excedente en caso de que la nueva fecha tenga una tarifa superior a la inicial.<\/p>\n

4. Puedes hacer hasta 1 <\/span>modificacion <\/strong>de fecha\u00a0<\/span>MA\u0301XIMO<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Si deseas modificar la fecha de tu reserva, con menos de 24 horas de la fecha inicial,\u00a0<\/span>NO SE PODRA\u0301<\/strong>, y en caso de no presentarte, tu reserva se\u00a0<\/span>PERDERA\u0301<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Si adquiriste un valor de promoci\u00f3n y deseas cambiar la fecha, la promoci\u00f3n ya no sera valida y deberas cancelar el valor restante normal de la caba\u00f1a indiferente si para ese momento hay otro tipo de promoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
